Fresh Cleaners was founded in 1999 after Seung Chul Song discovered that liquid silicon could be used as a cleaning agent. After testing the cleaning agent (Green Earth Solvent known as "SB-32")for 18 months at his own facility, Mr Song found the concept and seeing the impressive results.

After extensive due diligence and market research, Mr. Song decided to support the endeavor, he is well known for his entrepreneurial successes and domain expertise in the dry cleaning industry.

Fresh Cleaners was formed June 2002, Mr. Song is designated the day-to-day management team responsible for the development of "Non-Toxic Dry Cleaning Process", Mr. Song oversees business management also.

Fresh Cleaners is successfully operating 30 stores in California areas and Fresh Cleaners expecting to open 40 more stores in Arizona and California (Central Valley) area in year 2006 and 2007.

Concept

Fresh Cleaners challenged all kind of cleaning method. Perccholoroethylene("Perc"), Wet-Cleaning, Hydrocrbon(DF-2000) and Silicone-base(GE - D5). Fresh Cleaners challenged chemicals with difficult textiles.
After testing cleaning agents GE - D5, with known as Green Earth Cleaning solution ("GEC") is the only answer to safety, enviromental, cleaning feathers.
GEC provide better comparability in the markets, better cleaning performance, safer to the employee, high satisfaction to customer and landlord and enviromentally friendly. GEC will give huge impanct on dry cleaning industry. This non-toxic cleaning method can get the greatest market share.
