• Professional Stain Removal: 

We perform both prespotting and post cleaning stain removal/spot treatment to ensure that if a stain can come out, it does come out, before you take the item home.  This pre/post spot-cleaning tackles both oil-based and water-based stains.

Many dry cleaners skip this phase of the dry cleaning process in its entirety, hoping that any stains will be removed during the machine's cleaning cycle.  At Fresh Cleaners, each stain receives individual attention and effort. 

• Proprietary drycleaning solution: 

Fresh Cleaners exclusively uses an odorless, non-toxic, dermatologically friendly, non-allergenic, fabric-friendly solvent that is used by fewer than 1% of all cleaners. 

• Drycleaning solvent purity: 

Fresh Cleaners uses only crystal clear, purified and freshly filtered drycleaning solvent.  Very few cleaners can make this claim.  Our solvent is always perfectly clear, each time we run a dry cleaning cycle.  Every drop of our dry cleaning solvent is filtered and purified for each loadd.

Moreover, at Fresh Cleaners, we use completely separate filter systems for light, intermediate, and dark colored garments.

Anything less than the extensive filtering we do is analogous to doing your laundry at home while re-using the same dirty laundry water for each load.

• Name-brand cleaning solvents: 

Fresh Cleaners uses a best-of-breed cleaning approach for all oil and water-based stains.  We use only the best, most-effective solvents available in the industry.

• Zero Moisture: 

Fresh Cleaners never adds any moisture into our dry cleaning machine.

Some cleaners will do this in an attempt to create a short-cut in the cleaning process: By injecting moisture into their dry cleaning machine, these cleaners attempt to address both water-based and oil-based stains in a single cleaning process.

Unfortunately, this is an extremely ineffective cleaning approach, and it simply doesn't work. When this is done, garments may end up damaged, and moisture in a dry cleaning machine introduces odor into one's garments.

Rather than taking this short cut, Fresh Cleaners addresses both oil and water-based stains through our pre/post cleaning processes and we never add moisture into our dry cleaning machine.  We completely dry the garment after spot-cleaning, prior to putting it into our dry cleaning machine.

• No Fragrance or perfume: 

At Fresh Cleaners, we never user fragrances, perfumes, or in any other way attempt to hide the odor associated with dry cleaning solvents.  Unlike other dry cleaners, we don't need to!  Our drycleaning solvent is always filtered and purified, ensuring it is the cleanest possible solvent for your garmentss.  However, on top of that, the solvent itself is Odorless (and many other things, such as non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and incredibly effective as a cleaning agent). 

• No Sizing: 

At Fresh Cleaners, we never add sizing into our drycleaning machines. Sizing solvents have a tendency to negatively impact the look and feel of your wools and silks.

Any sizing is done during the finishing stage of our cleaning process, by a skilled finisher, according to your preferences.

• Operational Quality Assurance: 

Compare our operational protocols with other cleaners - Fresh Cleaners does not mix garments of different colors, we don't mix regular and fragile garments, we don't overload our machines, we do not introduce moisture into our dry cleaning process.
